Our products are dietary supplements. Product images are illustrative and packaging may vary. We work to keep descriptions and prices accurate, but errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Health disclaimer

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Ashwagandha can interact with thyroid, blood sugar, blood pressure and sedative medications. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

5. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or where a product is unavailable. If we cancel, you will be refunded in full.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price shown at the time of your order is the price that applies to it.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and product photography, belongs to ONME Labs and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorised access, or to interfere with its operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONME Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
