Every batch of ONME Labs Ashwagandha Plus is covered by a Certificate of Analysis from our manufacturer. The certificate for the batch currently shipping is below.
What this document is, and what it is not
This is a manufacturer's Certificate of Analysis, issued by the facility that produces our product. It is not independent third-party testing commissioned separately by us, and we are not going to describe it as though it were.
Read it carefully, because it is closer to a specification sheet than a results sheet. It confirms the formula — what is in the capsule and how much of each ingredient. For heavy metals and microbiology it states the limits the batch must not exceed, written as "≤" or "NMT", rather than the measured figures found in a sample.
Some brands would publish this and let you assume those were test results. They are not, and you should know the difference before you read it. If you want a measured figure rather than a limit, ask us and we will request it from the manufacturer.

What the certificate confirms
The formula, ingredient by ingredient, per two-capsule serving:
- KSM-66® Ashwagandha Extract, standardised to 5% withanolides — 600 mg
- L-Arginine — 300 mg
- Maca Root Powder (Lepidium meyenii)(root) — 150 mg
- Panax ginseng Powder (root) — 100 mg
- Shatavari Powder (Asparagus racemosus)(root) — 50 mg
- Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) — 20 mcg
- Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine hydrochloride) — 2.5 mg
- Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) — 25 mcg
It also sets specification limits for lead, cadmium, mercury and arsenic, and for total plate count, yeast and mould, E. coli and Salmonella.
Manufacturing certification
Blended and encapsulated in the United States in a facility certified by UL Solutions, following assessment of its Good Manufacturing Practice and quality system, in conformance with 21 CFR Part 111, Part 117 and Part 121, and the Natural Products Association GMP Standard for Dietary Supplements. Certification runs to November 2028.
That certification is held by the manufacturing facility and covers its processes. It is not a certification of this product, and we do not describe it as one.

Check it matches your bottle
The lot number is printed on your bottle. If it does not match the one above, you have a different batch from the one currently shipping. Email support@onmelabs.com with your lot number and we will send you the certificate for your batch.
The previous formula
Until 2026 we sold a single-ingredient organic ashwagandha root product. Ashwagandha Plus replaced it. If you hold a bottle from the older formula and want its certificate, email us with the lot number and we will send it.
