Shipping policy
We ship from the United States to customers in the United States and Canada. This policy sets out what shipping costs, how long it takes, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Where we ship
The United States and Canada. We do not currently ship anywhere else.
What shipping costs
United States. $6.00 flat rate. Free on orders of $50.00 or more.
Canada. $25.00 flat rate. Free on orders of $75.00 or more.
The Canadian rate reflects what cross-border postage costs us. We would rather charge it openly than raise the product price to hide it.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery estimates
- United States: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Canada: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on customs.
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier backlogs and customs inspections can add time.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of that email, contact support@onmelabs.com and we will chase it with the carrier.
Customs and duties on Canadian orders
Orders to Canada may attract import duties or taxes set by the Canadian government. These charges are not included in your order total and are the recipient's responsibility. We have no control over them and cannot predict what they will be.
Incorrect addresses
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If the address is wrong, email us immediately. We can usually correct it before dispatch, but not after.
Lost or stolen parcels
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you do not have it, contact us. We will help you open a claim with the carrier.
