The product
What is ashwagandha?
An ancient herb used in Ayurvedic medicine, India's traditional healthcare system. It is best known as an adaptogen: a plant taken to support the body's response to stress.*
What is KSM-66?
A branded ashwagandha extract made by Ixoreal Biomed, taken from the root only rather than the leaf, and standardised so that every batch contains at least 5% withanolides — the compounds the plant is studied for. It is the most extensively clinically researched ashwagandha extract available. Raw ashwagandha powder is not standardised and varies between harvests; a standardised extract does not. We use 600 mg per daily serving.
What is in it?
Eight ingredients, each with its amount printed. Per two-capsule serving: 600 mg KSM-66® Ashwagandha Extract (standardised to 5% withanolides), 300 mg L-Arginine, 150 mg Maca Root Powder (Lepidium meyenii), 100 mg Panax ginseng Powder (root), 50 mg Shatavari Powder (Asparagus racemosus), 20 mcg Vitamin D3, 2.5 mg Vitamin B6 and 25 mcg Vitamin B12, in an HPMC vegetable capsule. Sixty capsules per bottle, 1.6 oz / 44 g. No proprietary blends.
What is the capsule made of?
HPMC — a plant-based vegetarian capsule rather than gelatin.
Where is it made?
Blended and encapsulated in the United States in a facility certified by UL Solutions against 21 CFR Part 111 and the Natural Products Association GMP Standard for Dietary Supplements.
What happened to the old formula?
Until 2026 we sold a single-ingredient organic ashwagandha root product. Ashwagandha Plus replaced it. The change was made because a standardised extract gives you a known potency: with raw root powder, a milligram figure tells you how much material is in the capsule but not how much of the active compound. KSM-66 is measured to at least 5% withanolides every batch.
Taking it
How much do I take?
Two capsules daily, ideally with a meal, with 6-8 oz of water. Each bottle contains 60 capsules, a 30-day supply.
How long until I notice something?
Most people report changes over 2 to 4 weeks of daily use, not overnight. Give it a full bottle before deciding. Individual results vary.
Who should not take this?
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under 18, and anyone with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. This formula contains Panax ginseng and L-arginine as well as ashwagandha — speak to your doctor first if you take medication for thyroid, blood sugar, blood pressure, blood thinning or sleep.
Are there side effects?
It is generally well tolerated. Some people experience mild digestive upset, particularly on an empty stomach, which is why we suggest taking it with a meal. Stop taking it and speak to your doctor if anything feels wrong.
How should I store it?
In a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing.

Do you offer a subscription?
Not at present. Every order is a one-time purchase.
Where do you ship?
The United States and Canada.
What does shipping cost?
Within the United States, $6.00 flat, free on orders of $50.00 or more. To Canada, $25.00 flat, free on orders of $75.00 or more. The Canadian rate reflects what cross-border postage costs us; we would rather charge it openly than raise the product price to hide it.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. After dispatch, allow 3 to 5 business days in the United States and 5 to 10 in Canada.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Will I pay customs on a Canadian order?
Possibly. Import duties and taxes set by the Canadian government are not included in your order total and are the recipient's responsibility.
The guarantee
What if it does not work for me?
Email support@onmelabs.com within 30 days of delivery and we will refund what you paid for one bottle. One bottle is a 30-day supply, so the window covers a full bottle on purpose. We would rather you had time to find out.
How much do I get back?
The price of a single bottle, at the rate you paid. If you bought one bottle, that is your whole order. If you bought two, it is the per-bottle price after the discount. The guarantee exists so you can try us without risk on your first bottle, not to underwrite a larger order.
Do I have to give a reason?
No. Ask, and we refund it. We will always ask what did not work for you, and we would be grateful if you told us, because it is how we improve the product. Your answer does not change the outcome.
Do I need to send the bottle back?
No. Keep it. An opened bottle does not disqualify your refund, because you cannot judge a supplement without trying it, and a returned supplement cannot be resold safely.
Are there any limits?
The guarantee covers one bottle on your first order, once per customer. Damaged or incorrect items are handled separately and are not capped: email us within 7 days with a photo, on any order, and we will replace it free.
